About Polgreen Associates
Dr. John Polgreen founded Polgreen Associates in 1985. We have
provided IT services to numerous government and commercial
customers since then. Starting in application design and
development, we have moved strongly into the areas of enterprise
architecture and IT process improvement.
John Polgreen is a certified enterprise architect (TOGAF 9) and
solutions developer (MCSD). He has over fifteen years experience
in the IT sector, working mainly with Federal departments including
ED, USDA, HHS, DoD, DOT, DOL, HUD and the NTSB.
